  • Roaches and poorly renovated.

    The complex is old. The team over the years have been interested in one thing. PROFIT. Cheap fixes will make it pretty enough to sell to the next investor. Roaches are a problem.

  • Place is Okay But Not Worth Rising Prices

    People here are nice, the staff is friendly. The prices keep going up which is ballsy considering large pieces of the buildings have been falling off and landing in residential spaces. Laundry machines break often. Owners should reconsider raising the rates so much.

    Things have gotten worse throughout my time at this place and I have actively referred friends away from here. The biggest issue is that we have now gone 2 weeks without any air conditioning. In AZ, and with this week hitting the upper 90's it has been a wonderful 87 in our apartment on average. Beyond that the poor quality of the renovations have started to show over time as everything is extremely cheap, even though it looks nice at first. In addition to that the laundry facilities are not ...
    in-unit. They keep promising that they will be adding them but it has not happened yet. While the laundry machines are open 24 hours, the machine to add cash to your card is locked in the office. So if you work a normal job during the day you are not able to reload the card to actually do laundry. While the location is nice, the amount of issues and incompetence by the owners makes it a place to stay far away from.

  • Would not recommend

    I have lived here about three months, there has not been one day that everything in the apartment has been fixed. It seems to me that I am expected to pay my rent and utilities on time (which I do) however it does not seem that ICON holds themselves to the same standards in regards to the condition of the property. The apartments have been refurbished and they do look good. However from my experience I feel that structurally the apartment complex is not in good shape and the work done on the ...
    apartments is not quality. In the three months since I have moved in I have had issues with many things in the apartment including plumbing, electricity, a faulty bathtub and recently the heat has been out for days. In some instances it takes a long time for maintenance requests to be addressed. Additionally the apartment complex does not appear to be energy efficient, I have a large gap under my door. Since we all pay for the electricity for the entire complex I have asked other residents if they also have gaps under their door. They have said yes. In reality we are all paying higher electric bills due to the complex not being energy efficient.
