Free coffee, hot chocolate. Nice Clubhouse, and Event party room, with commercial stoves and oven. Beautifull pool with numerous commercial gas Grills. November 27, 2024Just today there were wadded up socks and a puddle in the elevator. Someone left a whole trash can in there before. Once the elevator had fried rice all over the floor. This complex could be so much better if we could stop leaving trash in the hallway all weekend, and if we could stop doing gross things in the elevator, and if we could stop letting dogs do their business on the sidewalk AND the grass (there’s no safe place to walk outside!) A couple of cheap cameras stationed in the elevator and ...around the entrances to the building would help find the lowlifes trashing our complex.Property Manager Responded
