gave us an unlivable apartment
February 8, 2025They knowingly gave us an unlivable apartments, it had two broken windows, a busted pipe in the wall that has flooded us nearly a dozen times with our neighbors used water, another broken pipe under the sink, and what pipes aren't broken are clogged. I have been asking all week for a solution to cleaning the dirty water and even after promising to give us one the office hasn't. We have been here a week and it has been legally uninhabitable the entire time.Property Manager Responded

If I could give it one star, I would
July 23, 2024My apartment wasn't move in ready - I had to wait an extra four hours to get keys, and even then it looks like they didnt clean. Its completley outdated. The only way to get a hold of anyone is by the portal and no one answers. No one fixed the leak I had. No one is ever in the office. I finally got a direct email, but then they stopped responding.Property Manager Responded
