Love my new place!

I just moved in and absolutely love my new place! The staff has been incredibly helpful and kind (they made the application process and getting everything setup for my new place an absolute breeze), I put in a work order for a misaligned door lock, and someone was out fixing it within 15 minutes. You can tell management takes pride in their work and actually care. I can't recommend this place enough. Also the view from my place is phenomenal for an apartment! I checked out a few other places ...
nearby and nowhere came close to The Legends.

Loving it!

I have lived here for a couple months now….the office staff is very friendly and helpful. You can tell they really care about the residents. Maintenance is fast and knowledgeable. My garbage disposal clogged and they came over same day and fixed it.

Home sweet home!

I absolutely love it here. We just moved in recently and the management staff is amazing. It’s a perfect location, close to everything, but still feels quiet and serene. I highly recommended considering renting here. Brionna is so sweet and is always smiling and so genuinely happy to take the time to get to know you, she really just makes you feel like you are a family member. A great place to call home

Absolutely love this place moved in about a month ago. I can’t see myself going anywhere else in the community is very quiet friendly just an absolutely amazing place to live Adriana. The property manager is absolutely amazing. The whole entire management team and maintenance team are amazing if you have any problems with your apartment Maintenance is on top of it and gets it fixed immediately. Best apartments around. The environment is just nothing but positivity here

Very quiet and peaceful

Me and my husband moved in a month ago and we love it here. Adriana is awesome, we kept in contact with her for 6 months waiting for the perfect time to move in on a good price and space for our first place to call home. Her energy, personality and vibe is just awesome. Maintenance is awesome as well, we needed something fixed and they was there by the next morning to fix it. Overall this complex is lovely and great to call home in the Folsom area.

Decent property, but....

The premises themselves are nice enough. It is generally very peaceful in here. Initial pricing is fair. It isnt bad if you only plan to stay for your lease term. My complaint is that once the lease is up, they raise the rent well above what the current vacant units are renting for. That doesnt seem very fair. My rent was raised about $150, although vacant units are still being rented at my old rate.

THEY CHARGE OVERINFLATED EXIT CHARGES, STAY AWAY

I have been a resident of Falls at willow creek and Legends at willow creek for ~3 years and even though this place was a nice place to live but when we left the apartment, the management charged us an astronomical number. $1661 for plank replacement $310 for refrigerator door ( which we left in perfect condition) $265 for kitchen counter resurface (which we had left clean). Totalling around $2460 complete charges. If you do not want the same to happen to you, then look for some other place, ...
because this has never happened to me before in any other apartment.

It Feels Like Home

The apartments are spacious and it is a great price for Living in Folsom. The maintenance staff responds quickly when a request is placed. Unfortunately the complex is known for having an issues with the stairs, but they are almost done getting all of them fixed and the property manager did a great job responding to emails and throughly answering not just one or two of my questions, but all of them. I also got responses quickly, most of the time within the same day I send my email. The ...
complex is quiet and everyone is friendly. The staff is here to help and happy to do it. There are bike trails behind the complex that lead to beautiful runs throughout the city of Folsom. I am very glad I moved here.

Nice, but...

The apartments are large and well laid out. The office and maintenance staff are helpful and friendly. There has been a well publicized issue with the stairs and they are in the process of repairing all of them but it took way too long for them to deal with a safety hazard.
