January 27, 2025Moving to The Lively is one of the best decisions I have made. The staff is friendly, courteous, and very helpful. Maintenance is quick to respond and issues (which have been few and far between) are expediently resolved. The Lively is conveniently located to fine dining and shopping, but my favorite place to be is at home! I thoroughly enjoy sitting on the screened in balcony with lovely views of the manicured grounds. Absolute perfection!Property Manager Responded

January 18, 2025The hallways are a mess. The trash people drop stuff all around the elevators and in the elevators. Nothing has been done to clean the hallways for the last 5 months. The wind has also been blowing debris into the hallways as well.Property Manager Responded
