July 18, 2024This place is awful. They have roaches and mice. Management does nothing at all,they live in the building but they don't do anything. Don't waste your money on this place pleaseReview from Apartments.com
Mice
February 7, 2021Before I moved to this location I was told that this property did not have any mice. A couple weeks after that I discovered that the apartment was infested with mice. Management does absolutely nothing to fix the issue and they simply just don’t care. I wouldn’t believe anything the leasing agent Jordan says about the residence. My stay here has not been pleasant.Property Manager Responded
February 19, 2021I am sorry for your unfortunate experience. We have a professional extermination company that comes to the building every other week and guarantees their service so if you do have an issue of any kind should it be pest or insect related all you would have to do is call the management line you were provided. We pay a company to take care of these issues professionally, so we would definitely address the issue the minute it is brought to our attention.
