The staff is so helpful!

The front office staff is always timely and efficient; I almost always if not every time get a response within an hour. July 24, 2024I toured five apartment complexes in the Middletown/Springhurst area, and this is the one that stuck out. MJ gave me the tour, and she was very informative. We started on time, and she only showed me what I requested to see. She was a breath of fresh air compared to some of these other lease agents just looking to sell and who are completely overbearing with their process. The Lodges had a more professional feel right off the bat. The units are bigger for similar rent prices in the same part of ...town and seem to be newly renovated and in good shape. The community is friendly, but also quiet. The unit I moved into was exactly as advertised and the signing/move in process was very simple.
