American Cockroach Issues
July 8, 2022While this was a great place to live initially, over the course of over a year I noticed something quite troubling. I would regularly see dead cockroaches lying in hallways throughout the building, and they were almost never cleaned up. After a while, I noticed they would also come up the drains, and after talking to management I discovered they had a known issue with them in the basement and on the ground floor. This was a nice place to live leading up to 2022 however this was a deal breaker.Review from Apartments.com
Great Building in the Perfect Location
January 25, 2021The building has tons of charm and every amenity you could want. Its located in the middle the best street for food and activities. Management was nice, quickly responded to request, and was super flexible when i had a last minute relocation. I lived in the lofts for 2 years and already miss my apartment and GreensboroReview from Apartments.com
Great Downtown Apt
October 5, 2020The Lofts are in the heart of downtown, right next to many of the great breweries and restaurants the town has to offer. I loved the easy parking that is uncommon for downtown apartments. Friendly neighbors, management, and staff!Review from Apartments.com
Loved it!
August 6, 2020We absolutely loved our city apartment at the Lofts! It was so incredibly cozy! We spent 4 wonderful years there. The pool & gym were amazing amenities. Plus the staff are amazing!!Review from Apartments.com
Wish I didn’t have to leave!
June 19, 2020I loved living at The Lofts. It’s honestly the best apartment in Greensboro. I always felt super safe on the property. The apartment is truly located in the heart of downtown which is amazing. I loved being able to step outside and walk over to a bunch of bars and restaurants without having to worry about parking. They have a private lot with plentiful parking for residents and a guest lot too. I’ve never had an issue with parking. There’s a sauna room and the typical amenities such as pool and ...gym. The residents are friendly and so are the staff (they are quick to respond to any issues). I would’ve extended my lease if I didn’t have to move out of state. I highly recommend The Lofts if you’re moving to Greensboro.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Awesome place! wonderful staff!
January 15, 2020It’s the perfect place. In the heart of downtown Greensboro. Literally just walk out into the city life and all the amenities. The apartment units are clean, spacious, well maintained. The staff is very responsive and friendly. The tenants are friendly and very courteous. I loved just being able to step outside and walk just few steps to get coffee at the next door bakery. And walk over to the bookstore where you’ll find interesting reads and people.Review from Apartments.com

The staff on site are friendly and extremely accommodating. We have lived on the property for four years and only leaving due to a relocation for work, otherwise we would stay! I have never had an apartment that truly felt like home and the people, staff, and environment there created that comfort I have been desiring. I am going to miss the ...Lofts at Greensborough Court!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Downtown Hidden Gem
July 25, 2018This is absolutely the best place to live downtown. You are walking distance from tons of restaurants, bars, and amenities, but also in a quiet gated community. Living in the middle of downtown was concerning for me at first, but I have never felt unsafe here. It was actually amazing to live within walking distance of coffee shops and bakeries. I know all the staff by name (there are not many) and feel that management truly cares about my experience in this community. They treat you like family, ...not like a customer. Management is constantly updating spaces, like the gym and the pool, and take into account what tenants want. You can tell they take pride in what they do. My apartment has exposed brick walls, high ceilings, plenty of space, and was still less expensive than comparable apartments in the area. All the outdoor and indoor common spaces are beautiful, clean, and almost always available for use. There are 2 available parking lots, one gated and one not, but both are monitored with video cameras. As long as you have a parking sticker on your car, you can park anywhere. (Guests can put a note on their dashboard to avoid getting towed or park in one of the many parking garages within walking distance) There are always available spots somewhere, even on nights and weekends. This is the perfect place if you want to get away from that "corporate" apartment feel and find a place that will genuinely feel like home.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great Place Downtown
January 31, 2018I lived here for 3 years and was sad to leave. This always felt like a community. Management was receptive to issues and corrected them quickly. Nothing is perfect but there is an onsite manager, dedicated facilities person for the property and daily cleaning for common areas. When I needed something fixed it was usually same day and the grounds are always clean. The management of the property is done very well. You are a few feet away from some great bars (Greys/McCools/Beer Co), Restaurants ...(1618/McCools/Nattys) and Coffee-Desserts (Cheesecakes by Alex). You are able to park your car on Friday and won't have to drive all weekend. The downtown parks (LeBaurer/City Center) have free summer events and movies. There is no better apartment complex that combines the amenities (Pool, Gym, Grills, gated parking) with location in Greensboro. I never had an issue with parking. There is a gated & non-gated lot for residents and paid parking all around (free on nights/weekends). If you park in the gated lot without a sticker, you will get towed but this is well known. You can park in the non-gated lot and put a note on your dashboard of who you are visiting and security will leave your car alone. I as resident, I want to be able to park in the gated lot regardless of what time I get home. When residents took advantage of the parking, management did the right thing and enforced the policy. Everyone appreciated this except those who couldn't follow the rules or had friends who couldn't. The entire property is surrounded by a fence and keyed access. This was wonderful. I was on the 3rd floor and I can say now that I never locked my door. Sound crazy but I was never worried. There is a nightly security service that always has an eye on things. I was able to walk my dog around the block any time of the day or night. The local police also have started a downtown bike patrol that is always very visible. You are downtown, and there is a bus station across the street, so people are always walking around. However, security was never an issue. Just south of the complex is a train track and trains blow their horn when crossing Elm Street. Its better in the summer when the trees have leaves. I got used to this and it didn't bother me or anyone else. Heavy curtains help. You get used to it. Ask around and you will find that most residents are friendly and have been there for years. That says allot about a property. I would still be there if I was in Greensboro.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
The Best Apartment Complex in DT Greensboro!
December 3, 2017I will be frank that I have high standards and this apartment complex far exceeded my expectations during the year and a half I lived here. I was fortunate enough to stumble upon this place in my hunt for an apartment for law school. Pam and Dana were always prompt at responding to maintenance requests, the complex was always pristine and well taken care of, and they even decorate during the holidays. It honestly feels like you are at home. The loft apartments have a classic loft feel with ...exposed brick and piping, high ceilings, and large windows to let in beautiful natural light. I was concerned about living downtown and near the train station but this is a gated community and they have an on duty security officer that is quite visible in the complex at night. I never had an issue coming home late from studying and genuinely felt safe living here. There is a gated lot if you are concerned about your vehicle being parked downtown and there is a guest lot that merely requires your guest to leave a note identifying who they are visiting. These come at no charge, which is nice because the complex is right in the middle of downtown. If you enjoy the night life, it is conveniently located near a bunch of breweries and bars down Elm and the brick insulates the noise very well. The train is inevitable because it is located behind the complex and as a light sleeper, I got used to it. My apartment directly faced the train station and the noise become so obsolete that I did not notice the trains going by. It was really hard for me to move out of this complex when I transferred schools because I loved living here so much that it was my home.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
