January 30, 2025Walls and ceilings/floors are VERY thin. Overpriced for the space and appliances you're getting. Management isn't very good about responding to noise complaints. My upstairs neighbors dogs was peeing on their patio, and management's still hasn't done anything about it, despite sending several emails about it. The app used for rent/notifications/communication is VERY user-UNfriendly. Hope you like 3 accounts just to pay rent and see your lease documents. I ended up signing after my tour! Loving my unit and overall neighborhood feel of the complex. It is also nice they have two clubhouses, of which are impeccably updated and designed.
