    I've been here for two years and plan to stay longer. Neighbors are polite and keep to themselves. Maintenance is consistent and responsive. Especially Brandon and Frankie. Leasing office are super friendly and helpful. Had a couple issues living here and Demarco and Jacob always took very good care of me every time. Definitely recommend the gym, saves me a membership and everyone who works out is friendly and happy to make suggestions on form and diet. Club houses as great spaces to study or ...

  • pretty awful place to live gonna be honest

    - Car’s gotten stolen twice (management does nothing to improve it) - Management never informed Xcel Energy I was a resident & I received vacant fees totaling up to 300 monthly - Water pressure is weak & smells like hose water - Kills squirrels in the most inhumane way, half dead squirrels are left on the property to suffer (can’t be safe for dogs) - When I moved in there was a ring of brown stains under the toilet & in the shower. Impossible to scrub off. - buildings near Hampden constantly ...
    hear sirens/loud cars - bathroom fan sounded like it was about to explode. - occasional fly gets in, & when they do, they are giant I wish I was exaggerating.

    Walls and ceilings/floors are VERY thin. Overpriced for the space and appliances you're getting. Management isn't very good about responding to noise complaints. My upstairs neighbors dogs was peeing on their patio, and management's still hasn't done anything about it, despite sending several emails about it. The app used for rent/notifications/communication is VERY user-UNfriendly. Hope you like 3 accounts just to pay rent and see your lease documents. Seriously, go back to the old website, the ...
