September 18, 2023Do not lease here. The construction is flawed and allows smoke/drug fumes to propagate very easily between units. Management does not enforce the lease terms with respect to drug use and smoking. However if you're looking for a place to stay that won't enforce those terms, I guess the Marlowe Lake Boone will be a good fit for you.Property Manager Responded

July 10, 2023We moved in about 2 weeks ago and absolutely love our home and community! The neighbors we have met so far have been nice, apartment is awesome, and great amenities onsite. Caitlin and Nikkia are amazing and have helped us promptly with anything we have needed. October 17, 2022Work from home? Don't come here. You want peace and quiet during reasonable hours? Don't come here. Make a complaint, they'll tell you to work from their business center. Ok, we pay 2 grand to live and work here...I'm supposed to go to your business center to work? Yea right. Neighbor noise? Don't even bother making a complaint, they'll ignore you even with proof.
