September 18, 2023Do not lease here. The construction is flawed and allows smoke/drug fumes to propagate very easily between units. Management does not enforce the lease terms with respect to drug use and smoking. However if you're looking for a place to stay that won't enforce those terms, I guess the Marlowe Lake Boone will be a good fit for you.Property Manager Responded

October 17, 2022Work from home? Don't come here. You want peace and quiet during reasonable hours? Don't come here. Make a complaint, they'll tell you to work from their business center. Ok, we pay 2 grand to live and work here...I'm supposed to go to your business center to work? Yea right. Neighbor noise? Don't even bother making a complaint, they'll ignore you even with proof.
