Easy transition
August 27, 2023Andreina was superb and made our family moving from Ft Lauderdale a very easy and painless transition. As a nurse I had to move frequently and never experienced an easier application and fast approval before. November 16, 2021I've been living here for a little over three years and I LOVE it here! It's so quiet and peaceful. The grounds look like a park or a resort, and are kept immaculate. Management keeps us informed of what is going on in our community, and has special events for us like contests and food trucks. Everything is close by, and it's a safe area to walk and enjoy. Our maintenance team rocks!! They have work completed within a day. I have no complaints with my residency here at all! I hope to be here for ...many more years.Property Manager Responded

October 16, 2021This is a really beautiful community, pet friendly & conveniently located between I4 and 27. Neighbors are friendly & the pool area is beautiful. We have mainly interacted with Vince in leasing & Jonathan in maintenance. Both are completely professional, understanding & truly seem to want to help with any issue that arises. The only issue we have had was with a 3rd party vendor. We haven't had any problems with parking, pests or response time from management. The area is growing rapidly. ...There's a new elementary school across the street & a new Publix opening up the street both in short walking distance. It feels less remote here now. The drawback is traffic. I still love living at the Meadows and my family is happy here. We hope to stay.Property Manager Responded
