  • 2 Years Too Long!

    This was the first apartment moved into with my now fiancée and it was the worst place we've ever lived. Roach infestation, rodent activity, bathtub issues for months, AC issues, and the list goes on. To be honest I don't know how this place has not shut down yet from all the health hazards and if you need something fixed you can forget about it because there is no actual maintenance team for the meridian north and even when they did, still we had to constantly bug them to get important issues ...
    resolved. The management team is super ignorant and they don't want anything to do with you unless you're there to give your rent check. We finally just moved out and didn't realize what we were missing in terms of how an apartment complex should be run. If you're considering this place TURN THE OTHER WAY AND DONT LOOK BACK! It's definitely not worth all the issues we went through. It was the best goodbye we've ever had.

  • Cockroach Infestation

    October 16, 2024
    When I moved into my unit, I immediately discovered a cockroach infestation. They were everywhere—live cockroaches, their casings, baby roaches, and a pervasive odor throughout my new “home.” Upon inspecting the appliances, I found both dead and live cockroaches, even inside the wall outlets. I reported the issue to the leasing office, and they provided me with a newly renovated unit. However, that unit was also infested with cockroaches. I talked to my neighbors and they also mentioned that all ...
    the buildings and units were infested with cockroaches. They even said some even had mice infestations. Do what you want with this information.

  • Run away, far away

    Horrible. Do not live here. Maintenance never shows up, they close out work orders without actually completing them. No line of communication whatsoever. Office is always closed, pool is never open. Not enough words to describe how awful this place is.

  • Bad maintenance & Leasing office closed

    Maintenance is never on time, the leasing office is closed indefinitely, swimming pool closed, apartments aren’t updated, 1 out of 5 stars. They always mess up on your rent too, seems like they apply your rent after the 5th which can make your payment late. I would stay away

  • Stay away, far away

    This property is a joke when it comes to security. It doesn't matter what your neighbors do, the office will never pick up your calls. Metro will try to help but ultimately they cannot do anything. I thought they turned over a new leaf and so I renewed my lease but now it's worse than ever. Hopefully the new owner cares enough to fix issues but I'm not counting on that happening at this point. Find someplace else to live because if you have problems here, no one will help you.

    Finished a 1 year lease going on 2. I haven't had any problems since ive been here. Maintenance is always on time, the pest control people are also. I cant complain about anything. My townhome is cozy to me. The grass stays cut here , some apartments don't stay on top of there grass so no complaints!

    I have been here barely 2 and a half weeks. They put an eviction notice on my door. No phone call, no response to e-mail (I mailed them two days ago and they completely failed to call me) when I noticed they had not applied my initial rent payment to my account. Rather than contacting me I came home one day to a 5 day warning on my door. How could I even get the keys to the apartment if I didn't pay for my first month and other charges up front? All this could have took was one phone call. ...
    Avoid.

  • Wouldn’t recommend til all improvements are made!

    Improving but they still don’t care about their current residents as they should, only the ones with new apartments . Bad insulation, people still braking into apartments and cars. Don’t let them fool you. Residents have to reimburse them for water and the water smells horrible. Ipl bill will be as high as half your rent.

  • Cant even complete extermination.

    UPDATE 9/1. After finally getting an appointment to have them come in and do this special treatment they as usual show up in the morning unannounced expecting me to leave right then and there. Even though I had worked overnight and only had an hour of sleep I was gone in less then 20 mins. Was told they would be back in 30. I called when I left and spoke to Laura who said she would tell them right away. Over 4 hours of waiting and $30 in cab rides later I return to find out it was never done. ...
    Even when they can do something they dont.
