    The apartments are nice and the staff are very helpful and always make sure we get what we need in a timely manner. There have been a few things that have needed to be fixed but once we put in a maintenance request they were easily fixed.

    Pretty nice had some issues with my apartment took a while for them “fix” the issue ,maintenance guy was pretty rude ,pool is pretty nice view also

    I am highly impressed with the level of professionalism and dedication that the Mont demonstrates throughout the leasing process. Moving in into a new unit has been seamless and rather easy. Furthermore, I really appreciate how attentive all the staff are with regard to the overall appearance and upkeep of the complex.     Overall it’s a good place to live, but sometimes it feels like the day to day cleaning and maintenance isn’t a priority. For example, the elevator tends to be dirty, or smell funky for days, but then it will be spotless and have a very pungent cleaning smell.

    It’s good but has some issues. There is always something broken. However it does have a great pool (was closed for a few months in the spring). Gated parking!

    My experience so far has been very positive. My favorite part about the Mont is how amazing Ms. Brenda is and I enjoy the pool and the gym as well :)
