October 28, 2024We love living here! We have an amazing view of the marina. We suggest to all of our friends looking for an apartment in the area to come check out our property. October 28, 2024So far it seems like a nice quite community. The staff have all been super helpful! I put in my move in inspection and within hours had received a phone call by the service team to schedule repairs. They communicated very well and were very efficient.Property Manager Responded

The location is perfect—right by the water, with beautiful views and easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and well-maintained. I love how quiet and peaceful the community is, making it a great place to relax after a long day. The staff here is incredibly friendly and responsive. Any time I’ve had a maintenance request or question, they’ve addressed it promptly and ...professionally. September 22, 2024I like it here, however, it's begin to be too expensive. The utilities have gotten to be too expensive. The rats are extremely bad and other rodents are running around like crazy. I don't know what the exterminator does, because one thing, he doesn't do is exterminate. I even seen him one day, not doing anything with the container in his hand. The staff and maintenance are nice, but that is it. It doesn't have the luxury appearance like it use to.Property Manager Responded
