Bad communication
August 27, 2022I applied for a 3bed/2bath weeks ago. When I attempted to finish the application today, I was denied access to the lease agreement. I called the office and was told someone would get back with me in 3 minutes. THAT WAS 3 HOURS AGO. I called again and spoke to a David who told me that he would find out what happen, THAT WAS 2.50 HOURS AGO. This is bad way of conducting business. Wont fix a/c
September 3, 2019My sister has been living in this apartment complex for a year almost. The past two week she has complained and they won’t fox her a/c its 80+ degrees inside of her apartment. She is pregnant with her four kids living there and can’t be in that kind of heat. So if you love the heat this is the perfect place to rent from. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!!Review from Apartments.com

Be aware
February 4, 2018If you put a deposit down on this apartment you better be sure about it because if you decide to I’ve elsewhere I’m here to advise you they will not return your deposit. I didn’t sign any paperwork or anything in regards to a hold fee, just be aware. Very unprofessional!!!Property Manager Responded
