I love the experience of owning a home without all the overhead such as lawn care, repairs, etc. Plus it is an opportunity to prepare for my own by being responsible for utilities and an eye for property care. We are in a community, near the mountains, have to convenience of a grocery store, drug store, gas station, Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, Jamaican Food, Vietnamese Food, Chinese Food, Mexican Food, Italian Food, Pizza along with a Hair Salon, Barber Shop, Loc Shop, etc., ...within walking distance. July 16, 2024The Townhomes are nice and very modern although there are variances in model completeness it gives the sense of owning. I've been living at The Park at Walnut Ridge for approximately 6 months and so far, I've been enjoying it. I especially enjoy all the parties and activities for residents.
