Who knew you can rent townhome via the same process of renting an apartment
October 4, 2024So far so good. I love the experience of owning a home without all the overhead such as lawn care, repairs, etc. Plus it is an opportunity to prepare for my own by being responsible for utilities and an eye for property care. We are in a community, near the mountains, have to convenience of a grocery store, drug store, gas station, Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, Jamaican Food, Vietnamese Food, Chinese Food, Mexican Food, Italian Food, Pizza along with a Hair Salon, Barber Shop, Loc Shop, etc., ...within walking distance. Easy access to 15 South and North and I am 10 minutes away from work.Property Manager Responded

July 16, 2024The Townhomes are nice and very modern although there are variances in model completeness it gives the sense of owning. Would be awesome if leasing could lead to purchasing at the end of lease term or the builder would complete unfinished areas for those completing a lease term and wanting a new lease.Property Manager Responded

Highly Recommend!
July 7, 2024Bob, the Leasing Specialist, is very attentive to all my requests. He is very friendly! I've been living at The Park at Walnut Ridge for approximately 6 months and so far, I've been enjoying it. I especially enjoy all the parties and activities for residents. Additionally, any time I have a maintenance request, The Park is very responsive and the repair men do a fantastic job. Highly recommend living here!Property Manager Responded
