The plaza oak apartments
August 18, 2015I was referred by my friend about these privately owned apartments. It was hard for me to find a place to accept me due to my rental history. I had a eviction on my credit from when I was battling breast cancer and couldn't afford my rent so I had to move in with my sister and her husband. It was hard for me to adjust buy I worked hard and saved my money but still seem to get rejected. Then when my friend told me about plaza oak apartments. I asked where can I fill out the application. She told ...me to go to stegall properties on shamrock drive. The owner waved the application fee. And she called me back the next day and told me that I needed to pay my past power bill that was on my credit cause my lights had to be in my name. She also told me that they don't prorate the first month rent but will prorate the next month's. I was grateful that she understood my situation and allowed me to move into my one bedroom apartment. It is just what I needed. With that being said prayer works. You just have to keep applying yourself and at the end of the day God will truly blessed you with the opportunity for someone to give you a chance.. Thanks stegall properties..Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
