January 29, 2025Love it here! It’s peaceful and the neighbors are friendly and respectful. The staff is amazing and helpful. And the location is great, not too far from the shopping centers or restaurants and the Hospital is right up the road in case of emergencies.Property Manager Responded

December 10, 2024I work long hours so I don’t get to attend many of the events. the office manager Bri has been especially helpful and very nice since I became a resident. I only wish I could say that my apartment was a bit more up to standard. A lot of small issues that weren’t fixed after reporting them was annoying and now that’s it cold i have just let it slide. I only know one of my neighbors others aren’t around or outside when i am home and the loud music can be annoying when it’s late at night when I have ...to work early in the morning. Overall the community is quiet and unfortunately well in. very wooded area making wifi signals bad!Property Manager Responded

Save your time and money
July 16, 2022Been here over a year now and it’s just gone downhill. Pool was “closed” for multiple years so it couldn’t be used but people still used it so they had to resort to locking and chaining the gates shut, which is annoying that the pool couldn’t have been fixed sooner. While the pool is finally open now, they have now had to lock one of the gates to keep “intruders” from coming in which is yet another inconvenience to residents who use the on site laundry room in the clubhouse as they now have to ...walk all the way around through the front or back of the property to get there. There were still nails in the walls that had just been painted over when we moved in, the carpet hadn’t been replaced in years and had dried paint and other stains, as well as in some of the door areas, spots had been frayed and missing fibers and pulling up from the floor. A lot of the A/C units are from the 80’s when the place was originally built and are unable to handle the heat and humidity recently so expect a high energy bill if you don’t keep the house warm during the summer and have an older unit. A lot of the exteriors have damaged siding that’s just been repainted over the years. I think they finally got enough complaints about leaking roofs in the upper units that they started replacing roofs but all they did was patch the areas in the unit that were leaking. There are no overhead lights in the bedrooms (at least in my unit) so be prepared to spend money on light fixtures if that’s the case in other units and some of the switches on the wall control the power to the wall outlets. While maintenance is fairly decent, we have specified multiple times to call before they show up so that someone can be there, but that has happened maybe one out of 5 requests and we have been either caught off guard if someone was there, or maintenance will come, not enter and then mark the work order as complete and not do anything. Also be prepared for the office to be closed for multiple hours on end or to even close early. There have been times where I have tried to go in after I get off work but still during their posted hours and everything has been locked up and turned off. Even going back shortly thereafter but still within the timeframe resulted in it still being closed. For the amount of rent they want for these places, the fit/finishes and amenities are definitely not worth the money.Property Manager Responded
