January 14, 2019This place is ratchet. I am highly disappointed. This place looks nice on the outside, but it is ratchet in the inside. Kids play in the hallways, screaming and yelling, the rental office never answers the phones or say that the are busy or in a meeting, people double park in the parking lot, and the residents make excessive noise all day long and management does nothing about it. Terrible
February 21, 2018The apartment was okay when I first moved in but then the washing machines were always broken and the maintence was slow to fix items. I was a good tenant never was late with and had no complaints from my neighbors. After I moved out they charged me to clean out my oven and clean the carpet. why wouldn’t they clean that anyways? I would highly recommend finding another complex. Only good thing about the complex is the rental office staff and the maintence staff were very friendly to me and I ...liked using the gym.Property Manager Responded
