Actualmente he tenido que reportar ciertas cosas de mi apartamento que se deben reparar y ha pasado un tiempo y no han sido resueltas, he escrito en reiteradas oportunidades para solicitar una información detallada y no responden mis mensajes! El resto esta bien, las areas han permanecido limpias y la recolección de basura es eficiente, ...aunque la limpieza de los pasillo de los edificios no es muy buena. July 26, 2024I am pleased with my decision to live at The Ravelle. I started the process back in March for a June move-in from out of State with Laura. Laura far exceeded my expectations! Every phone conversation with her - I heard a smile! Having shared with her my allergies and chemical sensitivities, she was very understanding and empathetic and that meant so much to me! I find the entire leasing and maintenance team to be great - courteous and responsive. I love the amenities here - trash valet, ...package delivery at my door, the 24/7 fitness center with professional grade equipment, and the club house.
