April 9, 2025Only gave 1 star because it wouldn't let me give less than 1. Moving here was the worst decision I've ever made. With all the extra money I'm spending on this apartment this was supposed to be an upgrade. Instead I'd literally rather live anywhere else. On moving in I quickly learned this place had a massive ant infestation. Whole place running with them. That was nightmare #1. The second being upstairs neighbors that seem to think their sole purpose in life is to make as much noise as possible. ...It's like living underneath a bar/zoo/frat house/wrestling match. The staff is truly exceptional, especially Yassy, the Assistant Manager, who consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. She’s incredibly professional, friendly, and always ready to help, making sure all residents feel valued. The maintenance team is equally outstanding. March 4, 2025The community is a great place to live. Conveniently located near the highway and shopping centers makes running errands easy. The staff is friendly. Would like to see improvements on lighting as many lights are out on carports and outside of buildings. At night, this is a safety issue as it makes it hard to see.Property Manager Responded

February 12, 2025We have lived here 8 years and even though the buildings are old, it’s functional and we like the neighborhood. The maintenance staff has changed quite a bit but i think the new team they have is more on top of things.Property Manager Responded
