December 12, 2024First notification of water bill was a notice to vacate taped to my door. Went to the office and was told that there is no water bill that gets sent out, either on paper or electronically. Then told I should have been informed when I signed the lease that I would need to go check on an app to watch for when the water bill amount gets added: there would be no notification. Amazing that they will spend hours taping legal notices to doors but can’t find the time to inform residents that we would ...never receive an actual water bill. Almost distracts me from the deteriorating buildings and appliances and critters crawling in my ceiling.Property Manager Responded

November 21, 2024Slightly difficult to get in the door, and we had roaches in our apartment when we moved in, as well as many maintenance orders that had to be completed. The maintenance team is kind and prompt, and the apartment has worked with us to get rid of the roaches.Property Manager Responded
