The Reserve is awesome. There's so many amenities that are here (love the gym and on site car wash). The neighbors are friendly and the playground is perfect for kids

Convenient, quiet, beautiful, & clean. The definition of luxury living in Johnson City. Leasing was easy, well communicated, and prompt. The place was very clean when moving in also. Planning to make this our home for a long time!

Home Sweet Home

My husband and I have been apartment living since 2011 and this is the best complex and community that we have called home. The office and maintenance staff are the best! Our home is bright with modern lighting, grade A appliances and it was impeccably clean at move-in. We enjoy the amenities - pool table, resort-style pool, outside grills, clubhouse with snacks and coffee. Our neighbors are The Best!

Good place to be Makes home feel like home very pet friendly too excellent staff and love the coffee bar even has snacks for dogs really a pleasure to live here

Very nice place and super accessible to everything!! I really enjoy the Reserve. I also am very impressed with the gym. Parking is plentiful and love the hardwood floors.

Great complex . I rented this apartment from afar . I’m from Georgia. I went online did everything. Lori and Katrina helped me all of the way . I love it here . I would recommend the Reserve to anyone looking for a great place to call home
