September 18, 2015The location of this small community of apartments is centrally located if you want access to bike trails, major freeways, and bus routes. I can easily reach almost any part of the city with 15 minutes by car on main streets or 10 minutes by freeway for the Galleria area or Medical Center. Despite being in the city the neighborhood has a small town charm with many local shops and restaurants, most of which are in walking or biking distance. From the outside you would never guess that the interior ...apartments are fully up today with trendy kitchens, either hard wood floors or tile, and stacked washer and dryers. The apartments are designed for maximum space utilization, which any renter can count as a blessing. The court yard is visually pleasing with well maintained landscaping and a large fountain that makes outside gatherings less obtrusive to neighbors(helps to muffle sound). Whether you enjoy an active outdoor life style or reading on the patio, the tranquility and quite of the complex transcend the urban sprawl Houston is known for.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
