May 2, 2022First off, if you use Amazon Prime, do not expect you packages to actually be delivered, 4-5 deliveries for me went missing before I started using the Hub locker. The apartment itself is fine outside of the roaches and occasional mouse, most of the problems are with the management. They are unresponsive at best, and there is no one on site should you need help with anything. If you have a problem on a Friday or weekend, better tough it out because it's not going to get fixed until Monday. When ...you do file a request, you can only choose time periods of 3h at the smallest and you receive no further notification until someone arrives to fix it(which is not necessarily even within the timeframe you selected). All in all, the management seems to do as little as possible to make sure the living experience is generally okay, but as soon as you run into issues, it makes sense why the rent is cheaper than different complexes.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 4, 2015The apartment building is old, however it has been maintained pretty well. The management team is very helpful and attentive. In my span of over 2 years of living at PGT, I have never had any issues. There was a ceiling leak due to excessive rain, and the maintenance was at my door step 15 minutes after I made the complaint and the issue was resolved very professionally. The management team at PGT tries to work with you for every possible situation and scenario that may arise. I have stayed in ...two apartments on the property. Was first in a studio and then upgraded to a one bedroom for lots of windows. Matt (PGT Manager) has worked with me every time to meet my needs.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
The Taylor
August 23, 2015I love living at the Taylor! Tucked away in the cutest little neighborhood hiding in Rosslyn, the building is medium sized. Walking distance to Georgetown, running/biking trails (custis, gw, and capital crescent/c & o), a hiking trail just out back, and easy metro access in Rosslyn or Courthouse. Though the apartment lacks amenities like a gym or pool, it is full of charm and expert management. I have never waited for service or assistance, and they are prompt to correct problems and inform ...tenants of changes. The hard wood floors and classic tiling in the bathrooms are great, and you still get modern touches like in-apartment washer and dryers plus an open kitchen/living/dining room! Only downside is the ants that seem to move in after rainstorms.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
