Amenities are great, apartment materials are crap!
August 1, 2024The amenities on the property are great! but the materials (everything from the flooring to the appliances) are the worst! I would expect a luxury apartment to have decent materials, but everything seems to be bottom of the line. For example, my fridge freezes food at the top and keeps food at the bottom cool. The washer/dryer don't have varying cycles and aren't HE. The carpets I think are the worst part of the apartments. The are hard, scratchy and stain from everything! Also, I can hear almost ...everything the person above me is doing....it is very loud! The stairway doors also SLAM shut at all hours so if you end up moving in, don't get a place by the stairs!Property Manager Responded
