  • Do not recommend new management

    If I could rate this as a 0 I would ! I do not recommend living here. I have been a resident here for over 2 and a half years at first it was great but as of June/July when BH Management has taken over this place has been hell ! You might as well keep your money and stay in the projects I’m sure it is better! I have had nothing but issues since they have taken over . For starters they have switched managers within the office 3 times if not more since July of 2018 and each person has been rude ...
    nasty and utterly careless of the residents and their issues .You pay all this money for a gated community who’s gates haven’t worked since they have taken over !! They continue to try an add on additional Fees the people never pick up the trash when they are supposed to . Valet is supposed pick up trash Sunday -Thursday Trash will sit out side of your door for days and they do not have more than 1 dumpster so you have to drive up a hill or atleast I do since I live at the bottom just to take out the trash. When your having issues the maintenance does not come until days later they are incompetent of completely something big they can only do small jobs regardless of the issue being “emergent” or not don’t expect anything getting done until days later. Being a resident here and having kids one being a 8 month old I called the office to inform them recently of maggots coming from the top of the ceiling now I live on the second floor and the things are crawling through small holes within the popcorn finishing they have on the ceiling. I understood they was not open so I figured they would send someone the next business day maybe even if it is just to take a look at it themselves after I sent them multiple pictures and videos NO ! amber at the office decided to tell me it is not emergent which blew my mind as I said I have kids 1 is 8 months . She instead said she will send someone 3 days later and guess what THEY STILL HAVE NOT SHOWN UP!! This was the last straw I have given them chances after chances and let them walk over me considering that my car was stolen from what was supposed to be a gated community back in August I’m fed up with this place do not waste your money stay somewhere where the people actually care about their residents and their wellbeing

  • Move some where else

    This company is horrible. The upper management has a problem with lack of communication. I wish I didnt waste 2 months working for this company. I was told that I would receive my PTO once left, but that was a lie. I have contacted corporate office and have yet to receive a return call. I have contacted the regional manager, but she fails at responding even though I have been told I would receive a response. I was put on a property with very little training and no help. I worked 6 to 7 days a ...
    week without someone reaching out to me. My hard work was not appreciated. The company keeps adding extra charges to the residents. Rent seems cheap, but once all the extra fees are applied, the resident pays nearly $200 on top of rent. Residents pay for valet trash and regular trash. The apartments are horribly outdated and overpriced. I wouldn't not recommend this company to work or live on any of their properties.

  • DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!

    They had a maintenance issue that resulted in mold and mildew growth throughout my apartment as well as an overall dank and gross smell. It ruined 99% of my shoes and anything touching the ground in my closet. They said it was “mildew” and not mold, which is just very untrue and they didn’t even have a mold specialist come to look at it. They obviously have a callous disregard for the health and safety of their tenants. I would 100% not live here again and will be reporting them to the BBB.

  • Too many issues to list. I only listed issues with this management company. BH

    months ago we lodged a complaint about our bath tub. It still isn't fixed because we would have to pay for a place to stay while it is being repaired. We already pay for a place to live. I'm not paying for a second. I do believe the the maintenance department hasn't repaired the tub at the direction of the management company and not because they are bad at their jobs. When we went in to sign our lease the lady at the leasing office told me she would be able to let us renew our lease at the same ...
    price. I asked her what it would cost to go month to month. Since the community was being changed over from one management company to the other she said she would have to get back to me. I left both numbers with her to return our call. After much back and forth we never got an answer but had just told them we would go ahead and sign the lease. I noticed the price was NOT the same as what was agreed on before. I signed anyway because I just wanted to get this over with. We are now halfway through the summer and the pool is still gross. In every year past the pool is packed all summer. This year hardly anyone gets in. This is because it is so gross we can hardly stand it. We ended up buying Nashville Shores passes. A fee we shouldn't have to incur because we already pay to have access to a pool. In addition, the gym is not functional and the equipment doesn't work. We ended up having to get gym memberships. Both of these things cost money we shouldn't have to pay because we are already paying for them by living here. Finally, I had to find out from a neighbor that I wasn't able to bring a cashiers check into the office any more. We never received a letter on our door. I went to the office to confirm and expressed to them I wasn't comfortable with paying rent online because of a previous experience here at this complex. She assured me it was a different system and there is only a fee if you pay using a card online. When I logged in on line I noticed this month there was a new fee on my bill. I was also not notified about this fee in writing or verbally when I went into the office.

  • Great place to live!

    We are very glad we chose to live here the idea of having a gated community is cool and safe they offer great amenities and things for children to do here and actually have a great management team that will answer you promptly and help you with anything you need the property management is awesome and very understanding & friendly this is convenient to my job and we have access to shopping centers and interstate as well and not to mention they always have great coffee and cookies in the office?

    I like the community because of its prompt service. The staff is extremely friendly, especially Sherry. Water charges are included in rent. Proximity to airport is a plus. Though the apartment building is old, the stay is comfortable.
