Elevator Broken, Tiny Rooms
September 22, 2024The elevator is down CONSTANTLY (once every few weeks for the whole day) and they put everybody on floors 5 and 6. The hot tub is broken all the time too. There are also persistent cigarette or weed smells in the rooms because all of the room vents are connected. The construction across the street also makes the front of the building totally inaccessible every single day from 7am-5pm. The rooms are tiny and the rent is high. The only really benefit is the location.Review from Apartments.com

June 17, 2023PROS: New buidling and appliances, close to campus CONS: Have raised rent every year they have been in business, rooms are VERY small, pool never clean, roach infestation when I lived there, overly expensive parking, no one resepects quiet hours on weekdaysReview from Apartments.com
