    The management here is the worse! I told Norma I wanted to move out and she had to nerve to try to charge me for the full month saying I didn’t give proper notice. They will literally act like they have no idea what’s going on. There’s new people in the front office everyday and the people they hire don’t know how to do anything without Norma. Sonia is extremely unprofessional shes left in charge often but has no access to information that you need without Norma, so useless. This place is a ...

  • This place is the pits!!!

    Forget anyone knowing your name management changes every few months. But the current people in the office are by far the worst I’ve seen. My apartment flooded...”not our problem”, the shower has been running consistently and won’t cut off...”no response, no compensation, no help” You can send them voice mails and emails but even still when you finally get someone on the phone all they can say is “well you didn’t tell us..we had no idea” and the current manager Norma is the pits. She can’t handle ...
    her job and hangs up the phone on you when she runs out of excuses. Kudos for calling back and leaving a voicemail. Oh and did I mention, after I paid to have my apt professionally cleaned from the murky kitchen water that flooded my unit they called me back to back 70+ times wanting to come take pictures; I’ve already paid to have everything fixed. When I get them to stop calling me of course their fav excuse “we didn’t know I’m sorry” comes out. Nope this place is sorry, and the current management is worse. No worries, it will be a new crew in the office by Christmas. Not worth the money. It’s much better apartments close by. They are literally attempting to give away units...don’t take the bait

    My roommate and I were initially impressed but since beginning to rent at Club 7, which has been renamed the Wexler, in August of 2017 we have only been disappointed by the service and management. They have responded to our maintenance requests but have not actually fixed any of the problems. We have not been able to use our oven the ENTIRE time we have been renting and they will not replace it. We have a bee problem IN THE APARTMENT they have said they would fix a month ago and have not. The ...
    management crew themselves are unkind and rude. Face to face interactions that last longer than a "hello" are unkind and never put the tenant first. We have NOT been treated like our business is valued. Other complaints include that my car was towed illegally, our water has turned brown while in use on multiple occasions, and the laundry room and gym are TOO small.

    I've lived here for over a year now. If you thought management was bad before at least they cared for the property. Now we are under new management they don't care about the property it's dirty the laundry room is new, now it's so filty and the quality of people moving in is terrible 5-6 people to an apartment always making noise I've called PD twice now.     Worst place ever... Yesterday (1/16/17) without warning or notification, they shut off water to the apartment to upgrade the water heaters. My wife went to the office to find out why, and was told they had no idea that the water heaters would be replaced today and that she should be happy they are replacing the water heaters. Water finally came back on last night some time around 6pm. Now it's 6:15am on (1/17/17) and there is no hot water, called emergency maintenance and was told it won't be ...

    Although we have had a few problems with flooding because of heavy monsoon storms and our air conditioning going out every so often, I do think it is a great location and they are appealing, especially inside. You are close to tons of places to shop and eat. The light rail is also very close. Decent place if your looking for something for a year or two!

    Club 7 is new age and trendy. Management is friendly and cooperative. I couldn't find a better move in price. The neighborhood is beautiful. I went for a walk and found myself around a high dollar golf course, really nice house's and a few blocks from the tram and City strip. I can get just about anywhere in central Az. There's plenty parking available, and the common areas are clean and quiet. The people are nice and good neighbor's. The pool is 24 hour and its conveniently placed next to the ...

    This is by far the best apartment complex I have been to. Recently renovated, everything is clean, maintenance is prompt when needed, they always have move in specials. The staff is friendly and will tell you everything up front. I have never had an issue and I don't think I will. They are always improving the complex as well. Not to mention you are down the road from everything. This place is amazing!!
