    This is a wonderful 55 and up three story community. Many of the residents hear are retired active seniors. The rooms are of good size and the building has secured entry, long hallways for walking when weather outside is inclimate. The staff here is wonderful and the building is well maintained. It features a party room with kitchen, a movie room, a workout room, a library, beauty shop and is in walking distance to The Bowie Town Center for shopping and entertainment. We have beautifully ...
    maintained grounds and hallways. This is a wonderful place to live especially for seniors and we love the people we have met while living here. Rents continue to rise each year even though most of the residents live on a fixed or retirement income. A year or rent for life would be a great relief to our fixed income as we are now in our 80's. The active quiet life here certainly gets 5 Stars.
