High crime, theft, vandalism, ridiculous rent
January 18, 2024
Dozens of cars have been broken into and stolen over the last 6 months- even in the "secure" (and very expensive) parking garage. Management won't hire security or add cameras to help residents feel safer or more supported. The rents here are base prices- plan to pay at least $400 or more extra a month with all of the common area utilities and extra they add on. Not worth it.

Shoddy Billing Practices

Greystar as a national company has a bad reputation for their billing practices. The team at Tivalli lives up to that reputation. I would never have signed a lease with such a shameful leadership. DONT RENT! You'll be much much happier.

Be careful!

I've been living here for a year and it was just perfect until Greystar, the new management, took control of the community in March, 2016. The elevators and building lobbies are dirty and smelly (at least in my building). I work from 9-6pm and now I am unable to pick up my mail (large packages that do not fit in the mailboxes) because Greystar decided to change the leasing office working hours without any sort of notice to residents. Once I contacted the leasing office by phone, I was told they ...
would "try to take my packages to my apartment" because only one janitor and the person on the phone were onsite (seriously? at a community as big as this one?). The packages never made it to my apartment. Now it seems I will only be able to pick up my packages on the weekends... oh wait! I always travel on the weekends. Great way to get started Greystar.

Great Space for Young Adults
July 21, 2015
This is a new apartment complex with a great focus on amenities (pool, game room, tv lounge, gym, basketball court, amphitheater). The staff has been really friendly, and the facilities are well maintained. Right next to the park and ride it is a convenient location as a central hub for transportation to nearby areas. It is also a 30 minute bus ride to UW for students.
