February 2, 2025Good and affordable place to live. There was one week where I didnt have hot water and that was not fun. However, my other maintance request has been answered quickly. Also my downstairs neighbor pulled out a gun this morning and that was scary.Review from Apartments.com

December 16, 2024My experience living in this apartment has been fantastic. The move-in process was seamless, and the management team has been incredibly helpful and responsive. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and well-maintained, with all appliances and fixtures in perfect working order. The building amenities, including the gym and pool, are always clean and accessible, making it easy to enjoy my free time. The community is friendly and respectful, with quiet neighbors and a welcoming atmosphere. The ...location is also ideal, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and parks nearby, as well as convenient access to public transportation. November 23, 2024It has been okay. I live with nice other ladies; we all respect each other and live well together. The apartments gates haven't been working for a while and are open 24 hours a day, which isn't safe.Property Manager Responded

November 11, 2024It's been good so far. The rangers come quickly if anything is wrong, the only thing is appliances like ovens and dryer/washer need to be taken care of more often. They are not the greatest.Property Manager Responded
