January 22, 2025I've just renewed my lease with Trail Ridge Apartments and continue to be impressed with the activities that are available to all residents and the management team who arrange the events. There are activities for individuals of various interests which entertain and expand the experience of all who attend. I've observed that several individuals utilize the modern exercise room with multiple equipment available for use as well as the hot tub which many enjoy throughout the year. The maintenance ...team continue to keep the grounds in great shape as well as brave the cold during the winter to keep the roads clear of snow and ice. They keep all the facilities in good working order. October 14, 2024I've lived here now for almost 10 months, and I have to say that my experience has been beyond expectations. The office crew (Shaye, Janet, and Lisa) go above and beyond to make sure that our experience is enjoyable and worry free. The grounds are well maintained and clean. There are many opportunities to socialize and have some fun along the way. The apartments are in very good condition, and when maintenance is required, the work is completed quickly. I still enjoy the mountain view along ...with the surrounding trees and animals. I'm hoping to make this my home for many years to come.Property Manager Responded
