Loud music and Dog poop
February 24, 20211) Loud music by neighbor. Talked to office several times and I even recorded it for them and it still continues. Dog poop in grilling area, parking lot to road side area. They put up signs to pick it up but don’t enforce it. 2) In the lease states cannot make noise that is heard by neighbors. I have informed the office several times and it still continuesReview from Apartments.com
mismangement
May 5, 2018was told one price and signed lease based on the information giving and written on original lease. once i moved in they couldn't find my original lease and charged my a 10% late fee when i clearly says 5%. dont move here it is nothing as they describe A/C hasn't worked in over a month no response back on call backs to have issue resolved.Review from Apartments.com
Horrible Apartments
March 29, 2018Living in these apartments you have to be prepared to be living without working A/C for like 10 out of 12 months of the year. Be prepared for showers that won't even stay hot for more than 2 minutes(yes I timed it) if it gets hot at all in the first place. Be prepared to have pot smoking kids hanging out right under your windows that have to be open or else your apartment gets too hot. Yes it's close to base but I'd prefer to live in the barracks over this.Review from Apartments.com
