May 16, 2022I have lived here for 5 years. The rent goes up a hundred dollars every year and the pool is closed and they refuse to open it so there are absolutely no amenities for the price you pay. You are responsible for your own A/C filters and changing them as well as your own pest control services. Honestly for the rent you can find a much nicer place that actually has amenities you can use and somewhere that actually gives you what you pay for. This place does not. I will definitely not be renewing my ...lease this year. I have always paid on time and.kept both the inside and out clean and the manager is only here for MAYBE one hour a month. Just long enough on the 6th to put late rent notices on doors saying you have 3 days to pay. Trust me you will do much better elsewhere unless you are just looking for a place that offers nothing and doesn't care what you do as long as you pay.
