July 26, 2020There are no rentals. You buy and own your own manufactured home. Must be 55 years or older to live here. Nice homes and good neighbors. Mostly friendly neighbors who aren’t afraid to acknowledge your presence. I like it here. This is most likely the last address I will ever live.Review from Apartments.com
