Regular apartment living
February 16, 2022I’ve lived here for almost 3 years and it’s a pretty chill apartment complex. Haven’t had any issues with neighbors, but then again I live alone and keep to myself. The management are also nice and helpful. The only thing I’ve seen that I would say the staff could improve on is cleaning walkways on the upper floors of the apartments, during spider season they get COVERED with webs and no one ever comes around to deal with them. But then again, that’s really not that big of a deal so I don’t ...really care, it’s just the only thing I could see them improving.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
DO NOT MOVE HERE
October 26, 2017When I first moved in, it was a quite place. It was full of families trying to get by. Now it is full of inconsiderate people and drug dealers. Blaring music and bass for hours a day from neighbors, loud parties on the patio and sidewalks, people not picking up after their pets. The list goes on... Car alarms go off in middle of the night, people honk their horns all hours of the day and night, and flash their car lights into your windows in the middle of the night. If you must move here, try to ...get an apartment that doesn't face the parking lot because the parking lot is noisy. Also if you have more than one car forget it. Car ports are $35 a month. Then people with four cars park in all of the visitor spots.Property Manager Responded

Don't live here.
June 6, 2017Renting at Tualatin Meadows is one of the worst living situations I have ever found myself in. The apartment itself isn't so bad. It's the community and management that make this place an infuriating ordeal. Let's start with management. They are inattentive, dismissive, rude, have no regard for the rules and condone poor behavior around the complex. The maintenance staff speed around corners in the parking lot. They tell their friends to use the pool way past pool hours. They blatantly do not ...enforce any of the rules here. It must be a very nice situation for them if they can get away with this much crap. Moving on to the community. For the most part, the people here are nice, respectful and reasonably quiet/loud. But often there are loud parties that go well into the night (management won't do anything no matter what), unsupervised (very young!) children running about parking lots and surrounding streets. I even think some families are too large to even live in a 2 bedroom apartment legally. It's also a bit weird that I see a lot of these very large families driving around fully-loaded top-model luxury cars... while living in the projects. Hmmmmmmmmmm................ I regret moving here and will leave as soon as possible. Not worth it (and these are PROJECTS!). The only reason you should consider living here is if you have no other choice.Property Manager Responded

Great
July 29, 2015I have lived in my complex for over 10 years and they are always trying to improve the complex. The maintenance staff is very helpful and the events they plan are always fun.Property Manager Responded
