August 8, 2024Rent prices are way too high for the condition and size of the apts. Too many fees that were not explained at move in and only answered if asked about them. Have to pay water, light and gas for the amenities even if you don’t use them (example: gym and pool area). Area is nice and quiet and staff is nice.Review from Apartments.com
