December 30, 2024We are grateful for a roof over our heads..however for the amount we all pay certain amenities should be fully working at all times. It is winter and the heat is not working in multiple buildings. I could name a few other things but I don't think anything will be fixed or updatedProperty Manager Responded

December 7, 2024Nice area near the university shops. Does have a lot of homeless in the area that caused some issues. Please start here quite a bit. There has been quite a bit of gunshot since I’ve been here lately. Things have seemed to settle down. I did have my car broken into once since I’ve lived here, but it was not stolen. November 21, 2024I have been living at university village for the past 6 months now the area is very nice and the staff are friendly but slow when come to maintenance I put in 3 maintenance requests back in the middle of June it’s now mid to late November of my three request have been fill and that was for a leak in my bathroom that turned into a hole that has yet to be fixedReview from Apartments.com
