Best place I have EVER lived!
November 21, 2024After more than three years at Upton, I can confidently say it’s still the best place I’ve ever lived—and that’s saying something since I’ve leased 16 different apartments! I’m now on my third lease here, and I couldn’t be happier with everything Upton offers: the ideal location, top-notch management, fantastic amenities, and most of all, the vibrant culture and community. Many apartment communities boast impressive amenities but tend to let things slide over time. Not Upton! They keep ...everything running smoothly and looking spotless. Beyond the essentials (pool, gym, dog park, espresso machine, etc.), the resident events truly set Upton apart. From Wine Down Wednesdays and Top Golf outings to polo matches, concert series, and food trucks, it’s a dream for renters who value connection and fun. Resident experience
November 6, 2024From the day I moved in I made a lot of friends in basically what I like to call a small town of Upton. Everyone has been nice and welcoming and helpful. I just moved to the state and literally knew no one and now I’m friends with even my neighbors. The front desk is always helpful and kind and they keep the area very clean which I love and so does my dog. It’s a very dog friendly area and the dog park is just an added bonus. Moving from out of state can be stressful, so trust me on this- Best location, best floor plans, best finishes, best staff, best amenities… I could go on forever. Cancel your gym membership because their 24/7 fitness center is AMAZING. They also covered the cost of my 2 hour move! So stop stressing and be our neighbors!Property Manager Responded

November 4, 2024Upton Oxmoor is more than just a place to live. It's a community, it's a 5-star resort, it's home away from home. When you live here, you will be a part of the amazing parties, the awesome camaraderie and you will get to enjoy the luxurious pool and gym. The maintenance is second to none. I've lived places before where it takes week for a service request to be fulfilled. Here, Kyle, Ben and Cody are on it. Luxury Living in Louisville

The office staff and maintenance team are top notch. The sense of community they create is unparalleled. Great Experience All Around

Anytime there was a maintenance issue Ben was quick to respond and was beyond professional!
