November 14, 2024Great place to live and the Maintenance team is quick. Rent is a little high though. They recently changed management and it seems better but rent is definitely cheaper at other places and you get more for your money.Property Manager Responded

August 20, 2024Been living here for over 6 months now and so far everything has been pretty good. Maintenance does a pretty good job at responding to work orders and fixing them in a timely manner. The gates are closed during night time hours even though sometimes people may run into them and damage them--causing them to remain open while they fix them (common issue). And the apartment just feels nice. Very nice location with access to Wurzbach Parkway and I-35, Next to a Starbucks and a gas station/convenient ...store. Grocery stores and pharmacies are located within 5-10 minutes from the apartment complex, and overall it's a good value for the money you pay.Property Manager Responded
