December 1, 2024All good except the gates remain open/broken more than they remain locked. Area is pretty safe so haven't had any issues yet. Management takes action as needed to resolve any issues and problems, and the team is pretty cordial as well.Property Manager Responded

November 30, 2024Better and more timely communication would be appreciated as it relates to alerting residents of changes. Maintenance team is awesome. Unfortunately, many residents do not respect the grounds as far as cleanliness as there is always litter in the breezeways and stairwells of building 5.Property Manager Responded

November 25, 2024We never even toured here before signing and we were pleasantly surprised. Jazzmin is amazing and always accommodating. She recognizes us every time we see her and says hi. Coffee machine has been out however of the middle coffeee for a month and hot chocolate doesn’t work. I love the food trucks and the ease of the package lockers.
