  • HORRIBLE PLACE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!!!

    I been here for 5 years now, the new management does not care one bit about your well being or your money, the ceiling is moldy, chipping and rotten. no matter how much cleaning you do it does not go away. work orders take MONTHS to take place since management does not care. water pipes are leaking all over the place and management would not fix it I been requesting fixes since 2020, the windows even leak water, and they do not fix it but instead just tape it up for it to start leaking again ...
    weeks later. if you value your money and time do not rent here. if the leasing office people respond to this with " we are so sorry to hear about your experience please contact the office for help" its a complete lie! do not rent here if you value your own well being

  • Management doesn't realize my paycheck doesn't match rent increases each year

    I don't really like it here. In fact I really want to move out, but this is the least expensive place in town. My kids love the schools and it's located conveniently near everything. I really want to move, but every other place I've checked is twice what I'm paying now. It hurts that they've raised my rent $150 in the last few years. I wish they'd knock it off because my paychecks are not keeping up. Now I'm just working to pay rent. All work and no play make Johnny a dull boy.
