    I am definitely considering renting an apartment. I want to be sure that I have carpet and they will have an apt ready the beginning of August. I was shown the apt that did not have a fenced in patio or carpet. But the apt was adorable. I am looking for a quiet and well kept community. My preference would be to have carpet and a fenced in patio. I thought master bedroom with the his and her bathroom was excellent. I am looking forward to moving in soon.
