September 14, 2024I give the apartment complex 5 stars. It provides all the amenities we need and then some. It's clean, quiet and not overly crowded. It is easy to place maintenance requests via the portal. The maintenance team is outstanding. We've been here for a month and have no complaints with the living environment. The leasing process was frustrating if you don't have direct in-person access to the front office. Securing a lease online was a 4 star process through the application stage. The ...follow-up was far more difficult. It is nearly impossible to get someone on the phone and it was days before my emails were responded to. Initial deposit requires cash via a third party and that was also a negative as it was very nerve-wracking , inconvenient, and didn't feel at all legit or safe. I found it very strange that you could pay online for the application process, can pay online for every month after the first, but were required cash via a third party to pay the initial deposit.Property Manager Responded

July 29, 2024Absolutely love living here. We have been residents for a year and have signed a lease to renew. Chelsea has come in and completely changed the living experience of Vecina. She has listened to the residents and been able to put things in action swiftly! We are so grateful for her coming in as the new manager. Kassandra, in the front office is always a big help.
