Dont rent here
January 23, 2025Typical Grey Star property. Maintenance called out of the blue saying there changing my lock today with no warning. I had to drop everything at work, rearrange meetings, called 3 times no answer, then on the 4th call they answer, the. Say they will call back and crickets. I had to walk over to the office, were I am told they can't do it. I go back to work, they call saying there on the way, I leave work again....and they don't show up. Everytime I forced to deal with Greystar the lack of ...prophesionalism is mind blowing. I see way the feds are sueing them for being crooks. Dont rent here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

With being token over my new management last November, this new team has done an exceptional job picking up the pieces and making living here a lot better. Maintenance staff is more on top of work orders and property management and office staff do a great job answering questions and making living here safe and enjoyable.
