Very poor service
August 1, 2018The new owners increased the rent $200 and $300 with less than 30 day notice twice in the last few months. They only attached a letter to the door and told the tenants to move somewhere else if they don’t agree with the price increase. They repeatedly enter your apartment without you being home. They just leave a letter at the door letting you know they will inspect your apartment every time they please. They asked for a copy of your key on a Friday and expected to be mailed by Monday. If the ...key was not mailed by Monday, they destroyed the current locks and locked you out until you can visit the office for a new key. Some of the things these new owners are doing should be against the law. It is sad that they are so unprofessional forcing their current tenants to move out.
