June 21, 2023I have been living here for 6 years and never had a problem until now. There are mice issues and the management team are not working to correct the problem in a timely manner. The management team lack qualification skills to be in management. Communication and resolving any maintenance issues are at its lowest.Property Manager Responded

September 10, 2015My apartment complex is in an excellent location for all commuters who work both in the city and surrounding areas. The rent is reasonable for the location. The apartments are large in size and are extremely clean. The management has been upgrading the apartments in order to bring in new residents in as well. They have been building an key pad gate as well as a state of the art recreational center! If you are looking for an apartment right outside of Washington D.C. that has a bus route, grocery ...store, restaurants and highway near, this is it! The Worst
July 30, 2015I moved on this property in February and in March it was brought by Greystar. The property is the worst and so is the management company. There is a lot of drug activity on the property. The maintenance staff does no work so pray that you never need anything fix. I heard they are renovating but guess who will not be sticking around to see the finish product or for them to raise my rent. DO NOT LIVE HEREReview from Apartments.com

August 4, 2015when I first moved into Station Square Apartments everything seemed fine. Until the summer began to approach. My family went almost the whole summer without AIR CONDITIONING that we pay for! I have a four year old son with asthma which is very dangerous!!! Every time we contact the rental office they delay and tell us the same thing over and over. however the problem is still constant and that is just one of the problems that needs solutions. the bath tub drain as well as the kitchen sink has ...been clogged for 5 months now. one word BUGS! from the first day I moved in! BEETLES! A GECKO! ROACHES! SPIDERS! and last but not least WASP!!! not only have we been exposed to at least 20 wasp my son and I were stung by one!! he suffered minor injuries from this incident.
