May 31, 2023Since move in it’s been a headache. Bathroom was full of mold and filthy I was promised a free cleaning and never got it, was promised new grout and silicone fittings for shower since they were rotting away never got it. I was told my flooring was discontinued to which I later learned was a lie because Kyla was lazy and my floors are still beat up and cracked. Horrible lawn maintenance, sprinklers go off at random times and spike water bills I could go on and on… this is a beautiful community and ...I love my house itself but the management and lack of hustle on their part to get anything done is what is resulting in me not even thinking about resigning my lease.Property Manager Responded
