Stay away - constant crime
September 5, 2020I've lived here for TWO MONTHS and already have had my car window smashed and several of my neighbors have mentioned experienced the same. Not only that, but the building itself has been broken into, including the storage rooms. My neighbor and I had thousands of dollars in personal belongings stolen. There is no on-site security (as of 9/4/20). Property management didn't return my call when reporting the burglary.Review from Apartments.com

Renters BEWARE!
September 11, 2017The worst building in Portland thats mastered the art of illusion. Don't be fooled. The worst noise issues I've ever encountered because of how poorly this building is constructed. Poorly managed by an unethical and notoriously incompetent property management company. Theft is an ongoing problem in the building and Managment refuses to take any action in preventing it. RePorts have been made by multiple tenants for over a year and nothing has been done. ZERO AMENITIES and basic finishes which ...make these units relatively overpriced.
