September 13, 2024I just moved to this state and looking for an apartment was tumultuous. I found Lake Lynn and the staff was extremely helpful and gracious with me on my transition. Poor management and maintenance
June 25, 2024I recently had an unexpected situation that required me to move out of my condo before the lease ended. Be aware that if you need to give your move-out notice, they require it 60 days in advance. Additionally, there's a two-month penalty if you leave before the lease ends. When I tried to discuss this with the supervisor, I was informed in a rude manner that they can do nothing but follow what is in the contract. Moreover, the common areas such as the aisles and stairs between the apartments are ...not cleaned regularly, making it complicated to receive visitors under these conditions. Additionally, packages received by mail can be stolen, and cars in the parking lot are not secure. When I brought up these issues, I was told there is nothing they can do about it. Overall, I am very disappointed with the management and maintenance of this condo place. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a secure and well-maintained living environment.Property Manager Responded
