About Village Square Apartments
Welcome to Village Square Apartments, the perfect place to call home! Our community features 72 updated apartments with modern vinyl flooring, plush carpeting in the bedrooms, and stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and built-in microwave. Each unit also comes equipped with washer and dryer hookups, and if you don't have your own, we offer the option to rent them from us. The security deposit required is equal to one month's rent, with residents responsible for electricity through Duke Energy, while water utilities are paid to SNS Management on an individual basis. Trash service is included. Our professional management team at SNS Management is available to assist you with anything you need. Our maintenance technicians are fully equipped and operate 24 hours a day to ensure that any after-hour emergencies are taken care of promptly. Village Square is a pet-friendly community! With an additional monthly fee and a refundable pet deposit, we're happy to accommodate your beloved pets. For applicants, we charge a standard application fee per person 18 years or older. To apply, simply visit our website at and complete the application. Our minimum requirements include: 1. A gross income of at least three times the monthly rent rate 2. No outstanding or delinquent accounts with utility service providers. 3. A credit score of at least 575. 4. No previous evictions in the past 7 years 5. DO NOT MOVE HERE AND BE DUPED BY MANAGEMENT LIKE ME. SNS Management is terrible.
September 25, 2019DO NOT MOVE HERE. I have only been here a month(since September 2019) and I was fooled into thinking the new management was making changes to this place. It was just a superficial facelift to a disgusting, horrible property. Roaches are everywhere. I kill 5-10 a day even after bi weekly treatments. The toilet has not worked since I moved in even though maintenance has claimed it was fixed 4 times, I walk out to the hallway to find chicken wing bones, food wrappers and disgusting bags of trash on ...a regular basis. The final straw is a roach crawling across my chest as I’m on the coach. Save yourself the trouble and money on a disgusting, horrible, unresponsive property and DO NOT MOVE TO VILLAGE SQUARE OR SNS management properties!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
